Rolex GMT Master II 116710LN

Originally created at the request of PanAm to assist their pilots when traveling through multiple timezones, the GMT has been a staple of the Rolex range since the 50’s. This particular version, the 116710LN, was released in 2008 and received the new Rolex Maxi case, Maxi dial, Ceramic Bezel and Triplock Crown ushering in the latest era of the GMT. The LN black version was discontinued in 2019 and is now highly sought after.

This particular one-family owned example hails from 2010 and presents in TZ ‘Near Mint’ condition. Had a full overhaul at RSC Melbourne in October 2024, including a new bezel, crystal and case refinish. The dial and hands were also upgraded to the later blue-Chromalight versions as part of this service.

Case is in spectacular condition, with no marks other than light swirls and minor hairlines, and some very small remnants of some tiny nicks on the inner portion of the lugs. See images for full condition details.

Bracelet includes all links. Shows some extremely minor desk dive marks, and some small impressions on the clasp where a ding has been polished by RSC.

Given a full overhaul by RSC in October 2024 at a cost of $2,648 AUD, and remains under the balance of the 2 years service warranty.

Comes with outer sleeve (shows wear), outer box (shows wear), inner box, card holder, stamped warranty card (expired), manual, service guide, RSC service card and spare links to complete the bracelet.
