Rolex GMT Master II 116710LN

Originally created at the request of PanAm to assist their pilots when traveling through multiple timezones, the GMT has been a staple of the Rolex range since the 50’s. This particular version, the 116710LN, was released in 2008 and received the new Rolex Maxi case, Maxi dial, Ceramic Bezel and Triplock Crown ushering in the latest era of the GMT. The LN black version was discontinued in 2019 and is now highly sought after.

This particular one-owner example hails from 2010 and presents in TZ Good condition. Case back shows light marks from being rested on its bracelet, and lugs show strap change marks on the underside. Polished case sides show some minor nicks/pin dents, which is the reason for the ‘Good’ rather than ‘Excellent’ grading according to the TZ scale. Brushed lugs show some minor marks. No service history. Keeping COSC time at high amplitude. All functions operating as they should.
