Rolex Daytona 126500LN Black Dial

There’s no introduction necessary for the Rolex Daytona, simply an icon in the watch world and one of the most desirable steel pieces on the market.

This is the current reference 126500LN, which differs from the previous 116500LN in a few ways. Firstly, the case is now symmetrical, rather than having a more slender profile on the crown side. There’s also a steel ring surrounding the bezel, and wider crown guards. This gives the feeling of a larger case size than the previous reference, and it’s also 1.2mm slimmer thanks to the new 4131 movement and slimmer caseback.

Moving onto the dial, the subdials are now framed with a thinner border and moved slightly inwards to create a larger main dial surface area with longer applied hour markers. The bracelet is also modified over the previous generation. So at first glance these may feel very similar, but there’s quite a lot different with the 126500.

Originally sold in Q4 2023, this particular example presents in TZ ‘Near Mint ‘ condition. Has been worn in a large rotation, and shows only swirl marks and light hairlines. Please see images for full condition details.

Bracelet includes all links, and shows minor swirlies on the PCL’s.

Under Rolex warranty until 2029. All functions operating as they should.
